At Mari Brisa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Please review the guidelines below to ensure eligibility for a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of the shipping date if they meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Tags and Hygiene Seals: All original tags and hygiene seals must be attached.
- Protective Sanitation Strip: Swimwear must have the protective sanitation strip intact.
Mari Brisa Swim Inc. cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- Have been worn, damaged, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
- Are missing original tags or the protective sanitation strip.
- Are marked as FINAL SALE.
All sales are final after 30 days from the shipping date, and no returns or exchanges will be processed after this period.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
Domestic Returns
- Email maribrisaswim@gmail.com to receive your return label.
- Domestic return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Place the product in a secure mailer envelope with a copy of the shipping invoice.
- If possible, reuse the original packaging for the pieces.
- Drop off the package at your local US Postal Service location.
- Allow 10-14 business days for processing.
International Returns
- Email maribrisaswim@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- International return shipping costs, including all duty fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ensure the package is insured, traceable, and prepaid.
- Place the product in a secure mailer envelope with a copy of the shipping invoice. If possible, reuse the original packaging.
- Ship the package using your preferred carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: A full refund of the product price will be issued within 30 days of the product being returned, excluding shipping costs, provided the item meets all return requirements.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt of the return.
- Rejected Returns: If a return fails to meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.
Mari Brisa Swim Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange at its sole discretion. If improper return patterns are identified, we may limit or disallow future transactions.
Additional Information
- Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or edited once shipped.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
